Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions and other products from HeyCatch, Inc. (“HeyCatch”, “we”) made through heycatch.ai. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.

Our refund promise

If you are not happy with HeyCatch for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your most recent payment. We will issue a full refund of that payment. No questions, no exceptions.

How to request a refund

Email billing@heycatch.ai from the email address on your HeyCatch account, or contact Paddle directly through the Paddle Buyer Portal, including your order number from your Paddle receipt. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and ask Paddle to process the refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks typically post the funds within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling future payments

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@heycatch.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops all future charges. You retain access until the end of that period.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
