Refund Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Payments are non-refundable

EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED BILLING PERIODS.

Why. HeyCatch delivers its value the moment you run it. When you add your website, we immediately generate your core deliverables — the product brief, audience research, competitor research, site audit and action plan — and features such as video generation and Reddit/X analysis each consume paid AI compute and data retrieval the instant they execute. By the time a refund is requested, those resources have been spent irreversibly. Accordingly, once deliverables have been generated for your project in a billing period, the fees for that period are treated as earned and are non-refundable, subject only to the “Always refunded” and “Statutory rights” sections below.

You can cancel at any time (see below) — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and no further charges are made. If your plan started with an introductory periodand you don’t want the standard price, cancel before the introductory period ends; the introductory price, the standard renewal price and the renewal date are shown at checkout before you pay.

Always refunded

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under the law of your country or state.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the cases above, you may still ask: email support@heycatch.aifrom your account email with the subject “Refund” and a short description. We review requests in good faith, case by case (for example, billing mistakes or a service failure on our side), and aim to respond within 5 business days. A discretionary refund in one case doesn’t create an obligation in another.

What does not qualify.Except where the law provides otherwise, we do not refund for: change of mind or unmet expectations; dissatisfaction with the quality, style or usefulness of AI-generated outputs (briefs, audits, action plans, posts, videos); unused access or unused allowances within a period in which deliverables were generated (other than the unused second half of an 8-week plan — see “Always refunded”); third-party platform restrictions, bans or content removals (for example on Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube); reduced reach, engagement or follower growth; or issues caused by your own content, instructions, accounts, devices or integrations. (An entirely unused billing period is different — see “Always refunded” above.)

Remedies. Where we decide a gesture is warranted, we may offer, at our choice, a full or partial refund, an account credit, or an extension of your subscription.

How refunds are processed

HeyCatch, Inc. is the seller of record; Stripe processes the payment for us. Request a refund from us and we process approved refunds directly to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

A note on chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank or PayPal, please email support@heycatch.ai — a refund from us (where warranted) is typically resolved in days, while a bank dispute takes weeks. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or mistaken, tell us and we will investigate and make it right. While a payment dispute is open, we may suspend the affected subscription.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund. Deleting your account or uninstalling an app does not by itself cancel your subscription — cancel first, or email us and we’ll do it for you.

Termination for policy violations

If your account is terminated for a material, uncured violation of the Permitted Use Policy, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
