HeyCatch provides a ton of value to solo founders and small startups. If you don't have 20 employees with a dedicated social media manager, this platform is killer. Couple of points to note: - It's hard to navigate on mobile. While I would normally be fine with a SaaS being primarily desktop, since HeyCatch largely acts as an assistant helping you find things on social platforms to engage with, being mobile first is important. The great thing is a talked with the founder and he's already fixing this. He's super happy to take all feedback! - Videos... I wasn't even aware that HeyCatch creates you tailored videos to post to your socials! And they're actually really good. Several of them got thousands of views on my brand new YT account.
They completely fixed my funnel so it runs seamlessly, and having full control in the dashboard makes managing everything so much easier. Seeing it finally work right has been a such a relief. They are making inprovements and additions all the time to make things work more efficiently.
I appreciated how detailed and hands-on the experience was. The walkthrough video, review of my website, and social-media content recommendations gave me useful perspective on whether my site and messaging were communicating what I intend for the business. The feedback was thoughtful, practical, and especially valuable as I continue learning more about marketing and audience outreach. It also encouraged me to focus more on direct, in-person community engagement through QR codes, which feels like the right channel for where my business is right now.
It's an amazing platform. Just when I think I have seen everything it does it shows me something else, covers virtually all the angles.
I've been on the platform for 30 days and really happy with it. I learned how to optimize my app for more purchases and the social media views went way up. I was getting 20 views and now sometimes get as much as 1300 overnight. It varies with the days and the content we are testing. It's a great product!
I was spending $30-$40 a day promoting liveflyer.app on TikTok and Facebook. I was spending hours everyday making content that was hit or miss. I spent $50 for 2 months of HeyCatch and now it just takes me 15 minutes a day approving posts and looking at the recommendations on what to improve on my site. Signups have been happening more and more. My favorite part is that heycatch actually follows new users when the land on my site and finds places where I can improve. Definitely recommend.
The Application has been great for helping with opportunitys to get seen. the content it has helped me with for my social media has been great, plus it handles the scheduling.. Also sends conversations to my inbox every day that are related to what i do. They are actionable and relative. Thanks for the great experience i will be reccomending you to people for sure.
I have had 0 time to work on promotion for my app. Development eats up all my available hours. HeyCatch made the promotion almost automatic and the content has been so good, so helpful, and the team has been awesome to interact with if I've ever had any questions.
I’ve had a great experience with HeyCatch. The platform has helped me stay consistent with social media and get more visibility for my business, especially when creating and planning content across multiple platforms. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with the team has been helpful, responsive, and genuinely focused on making the experience better. I’ve also shared feedback and feature suggestions, and I appreciate that they’re open to hearing from their customers. Social media is not my favorite part of running a business, so having a tool that makes that process easier has been incredibly valuable. I’m looking forward to seeing how HeyCatch continues to grow and improve.
I’ve been using HeyCatch to market my cooking app, SayChef.online, and the experience so far has been very good. The team has been responsive to feedback, and as I’ve given the system more information about the product, the content has become noticeably more aligned with what SayChef is actually about. I’m still partway through the campaign and evaluating the longer-term results, but the support and content process have been impressive so far.
The support and communication have been outstanding. The product performs exactly as expected across our primary channels, and the platform itself is incredibly simple to use. We plan on running campaigns for the entire MapleWorkSuite lineup through this service!
Attentive customer service, they've gone out of their way to ensure I understand how to get the most out of the analytics. I am improving my app in real time and already getting significant numbers in page views. It has been a great way to warm up my new social media accounts. The Heycatch layout is uncluttered, easy to understand and navigate for a non tech person. Really detailed analytics and marketing guidance. I have tried and canceled several other services but already rely heavily on this one. Very pleased.
The Hey Catch team has been really engaging and attentive. I have been in contact with Kris namely and he has been just uber helpful. He has been very thorough and shows real intent with every interaction. Amazing team!
I’ve had a very positive experience with HeyCatch.ai so far. Since using the service, I’ve been getting new subscriptions every day, which is definitely a great sign. Before HeyCatch, I spent thousands of dollars on Google Ads trying to grow my app, and so far I’m seeing better results with HeyCatch. For me, that’s one of the biggest reasons I’m happy with the service. There are still a few areas that could be improved, especially the AI analysis and some of the recommendations regarding the type of content to upload on my social media channels. However, overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the results. I haven’t reached the number of daily subscriptions I’m aiming for yet, but to be fair, I haven’t had enough time to implement all of their recommendations consistently. That’s on me, not the service. The team provides a lot of useful guidance, and based on the results I’m already seeing, I’m confident there’s still room to grow once I start applying more of their recommendations. I will definitely be renewing my subscription. 5 stars from me!
As a solo creator building a support app for autism families while working my regular job and taking care of two autistic children I don’t have a lot of time or a huge ad budget, so finding HeyCatch has been a total game changer for my daily work flow. It takes a massive weight off my shoulders by keeping content moving and allowing me to focus on other aspects of my app rather than stopping for hours to make scripts and record videos/create posts. Is it a 100% flawless product right out of the box? No... and to their credit, the team explicitly asked me to be honest about that. When I first started, the AI support assistant misread my post history (it counted 6 live TikToks when I actually had 13 posted), and the content was initially only touching a few features of my app instead of the full picture. However, I'm still giving them 5 stars and here's why: The team actually listens and fixes things at lightning speed. When I pointed out the feature coverage issue, the founder/team (shoutout to Anatol!) admitted the assistant was wrong and shipped a brand-new feature control panel that exact same day so creators can directly steer the topics, tone, and features covered in their videos. They take feedback like absolute pros, credit you when you're right, and clearly care about building a tool that actually works for real people. If you're a builder or creator looking for a genuine growth partner rather than just another static tool, give HeyCatch a try. Excited to see where this app goes! HeyCatch is quickly proving to be the exact kind of engine I want in my corner, and I’m definitely looking forward to exploring deeper long-term ways for our platforms to partner up and thrive together as we both grow.
I’ve been using HeyCatch.ai for only one week, and I can honestly say it has already made a huge difference in how I see my website and my overall positioning for my app Oystr.ca. My first website audit was eye-opening. It identified so many areas of vulnerability that I ended up reworking my entire website. I had been a little unclear about the direction I wanted to take, and HeyCatch.ai helped me see things much more clearly. It nailed my target audience, sharpened my concept, identified competitors I hadn’t even considered, and helped me rethink my messaging. The audit itself was incredibly detailed. I had four full pages of critique and recommendations, and I’ve spent the entire week working through them. Some of the issues were much deeper than simple website fixes. They were positioning issues, so we’re actually making changes to the app and the way we communicate what it does. That’s why some of the implementation is taking a little longer. And here’s what makes this especially exciting: the content I’ve been publishing on YouTube over the past week has generated 20,000 views. That’s 20,000 pairs of eyes that I wouldn’t have reached otherwise for oystr.ca. The views haven’t translated into as many app signups as I hoped yet, but the audit helped me understand why. Rather than seeing that as a failure, I now have a clear roadmap. We’re fixing the issues HeyCatch identified, and when my developer finishes those changes at the end of the month, we’ll run another audit. I’m very confident that the next audit will show a much stronger website—and, more importantly, a website that is better positioned to turn those visitors into users. What I love most about HeyCatch.ai is the combination of identifying the problem and helping you fix it. You don’t just receive a list of things that are wrong. You get a practical prompt that can actually help you address the issue. There are very few tools I’ve come across that deliver this kind of clarity. I highly, highly recommend HeyCatch.ai. I’m genuinely grateful I found it, and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens when we run that second audit.
The customer service has been exemplary. Exceedingly so. Not only have they quickly answered deeper technical questions quickly, but honestly in areas they currently can't provide a service, which has been rare. More impressively, they have anticipated questions and proactively implemented solutions to make my life as a solo founder easier than I could hope for. I truly believe they are as invested in my success as they are theirs. Michael Forman -- Founder, Recipe Gadget
HeyCatch has been well worth it so far, very intuitive and the customer service has been very responsive.
After reading some reviews I was a little concerned about the quality of heycatch's customer service, but I signed up anyway. I can say now, without a doubt, that their customer service has been top-notch. They've addressed all of my concerns and stayed in pretty much constant communication with me about the problems I was having. They even admitted that one of my issues was a problem with their U/I, and they fixed it immediately. Wow. That's an unusually high level of customer service. Thanks Heycatch team. I appreciate you.
Let's get it earning.
