Replies and posts on Reddit, X and Threads

Every day HeyCatch finds the conversations where your buyers already talk about the problem you solve, and drafts replies and posts in your voice, written for each platform and community. You review, then post.

Where the conversations come from

Reddit, X and Threads are searched every day with your keywords and the communities picked for you: your product and domain, your competitors, and the phrases people use when they describe the problem you solve.

What comes back is one feed, split by network, with a count of what is new since yesterday.

What reaches you

A thread where a reply from you would be useful to the person who wrote it: someone asking how to get their first users, comparing tools in your category, or describing the thing your product fixes.

Freshness is part of the filter. A thread from this morning is still being read; one from last week is finished.

The reply is already written

Every catch arrives with a drafted answer. It answers the question first and mentions your product at the end, in one sentence, if a mention fits there at all.

Copy it, or open the thread with it ready to paste. Ask for another version if the angle is wrong, and set how the product comes up — soft-sell, direct, or not at all.

Written for the platform and the room

The three networks reward different things, so the same text does not go to all of them. Reddit ranks what a subreddit’s own members upvote and adds rules of its own. X rewards replies in conversations that are still moving. Threads rewards showing up and starting conversations.

Inside Reddit the place matters too. Each subreddit comes with a brief: when posts there get read, what kind of post performs, how people write, how often a product may be mentioned and whether links are allowed at all.

In your voice

Your voice is a set of rules you can read and change: do’s like answering the question first or keeping replies under four sentences, don’ts like no links in the first reply or never calling the product a game-changer.

It is written from how your competitors and the people who get answered in your niche actually write, and replies and posts keep separate rule sets.

Posts of your own, not only replies

Alongside the replies you get drafted posts for the communities that allow them, rotated across several so the account never looks like it woke up selling. A reply answers someone; a post has to hold attention on its own, and they are written differently.

Inside what your account can carry

Each connected account sits at a level, and the level decides how many replies and posts you get that day, whether links are allowed and whether the product can be named yet. A new account gets short, helpful replies with no link and no pitch.

So the volume grows with the account instead of getting your comments removed in the first week.

You review, then post

Nothing is sent on your behalf. You read the thread, read the draft, change what you want and post it, then mark the catch complete; the ones you do not want go to the archive.

The next batch arrives the following morning, and anything you have not answered is still there.

You shipped a product.
