Recommended fixes

HeyCatch sees where users drop off on your landing page, web app or mobile app and suggests what to fix. Fixes stay on your list until you close them.

Where they come from

The same data you can read by hand — funnels, flow maps, sessions, user summaries — is read for you across your landing page, your web app and your mobile app. When a loss shows up in more than one place, it becomes a fix on your list.

Each one is a single action

A fix is written as the thing to do, not as the thing that is wrong. Add guarantee and cancel-anytime reassurance at the pricing-to-checkout step. Save checkout state so a pricing detour does not restart payment. Send a guided first-project checklist after payment.

You can hand one of these to whoever builds it, or paste it into your AI builder, without translating anything first.

The evidence sits under it

Open a fix and you get the case for it before the instruction: how many sessions exited on that page, the loop people repeated between pricing and checkout, how many of them did it, and what individual users went looking for before they decided.

That is the part worth reading. Numbers you can check make it a decision; a recommendation on its own is a guess with confidence.

Three kinds end up on the list

  • Things that are broken — a Continue button that does nothing, a report that never reaches a finished state.
  • Things that are unclear — no completion feedback after posting, no plan recommendation on pricing.
  • Things to find out — investigate the abandonment on checkout, instrument the funnel steps that are not firing.

The third kind matters more than it looks. A fix that says the data is missing stops you from acting on a chart that is lying.

They stay until you close them

Every fix carries how long it has been on the list, and nothing disappears on its own. Complete it when it is shipped.

The age is the uncomfortable part, and it is meant to be: a fix that has been there for nine days is one you keep deciding not to do.

Completed, and reopening

Completed fixes keep their own list, so you can see what has been dealt with. If the problem comes back — and the kind that comes from a flow usually does — reopen it and it returns to the top of the work.

You shipped a product.
