Posts and replies for every platform

Every platform has its own rules, algorithm and writing style. HeyCatch writes each post and reply for the specific platform, community and topic, and keeps it within what your account’s level allows.

Three networks, three sets of rules

Reddit ranks by what a subreddit’s own members upvote, and every subreddit adds rules of its own. X ranks by its published algorithm — replies to active conversations, no outbound links early on. Threads is ranked the way Meta describes it, closer to interests than to followers.

The same text would do well in one of them and get removed in another. HeyCatch writes each piece for the network it is going to.

Posts and replies are different jobs

A reply answers a person who is already asking something, so it starts with the answer. A post has nobody waiting for it and has to hold attention from the first line.

Every catch is marked as one or the other, and the text is written for that job. Posts and replies also have separate voice rules, so a comment never reads like an announcement.

Written for the room and the topic

Inside a network, the place still matters. A reply for a subreddit uses that subreddit’s tone brief: how people write there, what gets read, how often a product may be mentioned, whether links are allowed at all.

On X and Threads the same work is done by the topic and the accounts in the conversation — the thread you are answering sets the length and the register.

It stays inside what your level allows

Each connected account sits at a level on its network: Newcomer, Regular, Trusted, Insider. The level sets how many replies and posts you can send that day, whether links are allowed, and whether the product can be named at all.

  • A Newcomer account gets short replies with no link and no pitch.
  • Regular adds a post of your own.
  • Trusted on Reddit means up to five replies a day and links are fine.
  • Insider raises the daily count again.

HeyCatch writes to the limit you are on. You will not be handed a reply with a link in it while links are still locked for that account.

The audit behind the level

The level comes from an audit of the account itself, scored out of ten: karma, account age, how often you post, how much of what you posted was removed, and the sentiment of your replies.

Below the score sit the fixes that are holding it down — edit product links out of four old comments, post two or three non-product comments this week. Each one opens as a task. Re-run the audit after the edits and the old score stays in the history, so you can see what the edits changed.

When a network pulls you back

If an account gets flagged, loses followers or has posts removed, its limits drop for a while and links and product mentions come off the table. HeyCatch writes to the reduced limit until the account is back, instead of handing you text that would get taken down.

You shipped a product.

Let's get it earning.
