Auto-publishing

Approved posts publish to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook on schedule. Cancel any scheduled post anytime.

What happens after you approve

The post goes into the queue and publishes itself at the chosen time, to every account you picked — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook. Nothing to confirm on the day, no reminder to act on, no app to open at three in the morning.

One approval covers every platform in that post, and each one is published under the handle shown when you selected it.

My posts

Everything you have approved lives in one list, newest first. A row carries the frame from the video, the platform icons it goes to, and its state:

  • Scheduled, with the date and the time it will go out.
  • Posted, with the date and time it went out.
  • Canceled, kept as a record of what you stopped.

Opening a post

A row opens into the post itself: the video with the sound off, or a slideshow you can step through frame by frame, with the same caption and frames that will be published. The download button saves the file if you want it somewhere else.

Changing something before it goes out

A scheduled post can still be edited. Change the caption, move it to another time, or cancel the posting entirely — right up until the moment it publishes.

Reschedule is also on the row itself, so moving a post to a better day takes one click from the list.

Once it is published

The row switches to Posted with the exact date and time. The caption and the schedule are fixed from then on, since the post is live on the platform; edits belong there, not here.

Archive

Next to My posts is the archive, for the videos you approved but are not sending out, and for everything you want off the main list without deleting it.
