You never have to explain your product to it
It already has everything HeyCatch collected about you, so there is no context to paste and no question that starts with three paragraphs of background:
- Your brief: what you sell, who it is for, how you price it.
- Your audience and the words they use, and your competitors.
- Every reply and post that went out, and what each one did afterwards.
- Your site and app analytics: traffic, funnels, where people stall.
- The state of each connected account and what it is allowed to do today.
Ask in plain words
Why did signups drop this week. What should I post next. Is the pricing page the problem or the ad. Which subreddit is worth the effort. Should I write about this or film it.
These are the questions founders ask a marketing hire at nine in the evening, and they are the questions this answers.
Answers come with the numbers behind them
An answer names what it is built on: the funnel step that lost people, the sessions where they left, the posts that actually brought clicks, the week it compared against.
So you can check the reasoning instead of taking the conclusion on trust — and disagree with it when you know something the data does not.
It will tell you nothing is wrong
Sometimes the answer is that the drop is normal for a short week, or that there is not enough data yet to call anything a trend. That answer is more useful than a confident recommendation built on eleven visits.
From an answer to the work
A decision turns into what to do next: a fix on your list, a task in the plan, a keyword added, a post written. You do not have to carry the conclusion to another screen and start again.
The same brain as the rest of HeyCatch
This is not a separate assistant with its own opinion. It reads the same research, the same audits and the same analytics that produce your fixes, your catches and your content, so what it says in the chat matches what the rest of the product is doing.
It gets better as more is connected
With only a brief it can reason about positioning and messaging. With analytics installed and a few weeks of posts behind you it can answer about your actual users, your actual traffic and what moved them.
